From all the doctors I see and receive medication, I always hear that it's good that they're at the VBU, so there are no problems.

I got sick abroad. I paid all costs privately. My employer would like confirmation from BKK VBU. So that I get my vacation days credited. The sick note is in English. BKK VBU would like me to translate this sick note. I have to pay money again so that BKK VBU can certify to my employers that they have received the sick note. It's really a disgrace what BKK VBU is doing. Unfortunately you have to give it one star, otherwise you won't be able to post your review.

I've been a member for 20 years, now I'm dependent on sick pay and have to make phone calls every time I get my money... Completely sleepy department, I'll be happy to change in four weeks!!!
